Shane’s Elder Law and Estate Planning practice focuses on developing personalized plans to help families preserve assets and prepare for crisis situations.  Shane’s practice is unlike many you will run into.  His focus is developing a relationship with his clients.  Shane wants to help you plan for life not just draft an estate plan; therefore, his services do not end when the transactions are completed.  Shane provides a maintenance program for people who want to continue the relationship.  Through this program Shane maintains constant contact with his clients in order to assist them with ongoing changes in their life.  Life planning is difficult and Shane’s philosophy is that the relationship should not end when the documents have been drafted.  Instead, Shane encourages his clients to keep an open communication with him so that appropriate changes can be made to navigate life’s unknown obstacles.

Shane’s business practice focuses on advising clients in all aspects of business development and sustainability, including, management, consulting, litigation, and commercial rights. Shane’s practice spans a wide range of clients and industries. He has experience litigating cases involving media and libel law, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial real estate and business workouts. Prior to joining Perry Law Shane was owner of his own law firm which focused on bankruptcy litigation and estate planning. Prior to operating his own firm Shane was associate general counsel for a large national company that sponsored private placement securities offerings and focused on large real estate acquisitions on a national level.
